All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select products and locations (typically in major cities).

Currently, Makeupapp.in only ships to locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If we expand our shipping regions in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@makeupapp.in within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes or cancellations, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

8. Address Errors and Returns

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. Makeupapp.in is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and offer you a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
